Debra Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within the employability, skills, and business development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development & Performance at Twin Group since January 2018, Debra previously held key positions at PeoplePlus Group Ltd, including Director of Business Development and Director of Operations, overseeing multiple divisions and a vast network of delivery sites across the UK. Earlier roles included leadership positions at EOS Ltd and FourStar Employment & Skills, where Debra managed operations and business development activities. Debra's career began in education, working with Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College in various roles related to IT training and lifelong learning.
