Austin Budlong is an experienced financial professional currently serving as an Operating Advisor at Norwest Equity Partners since August 2024. Budlong has been a Board Member for Twin Cities In Motion since January 2020, contributing to the organization of premier running events in the region. Previously, Budlong held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Cold Bore Capital Management, leading in the private equity sector. With a strong background in financial planning and analysis, Budlong has also held key roles at Minnesota Distance Elite, Apothecary Products, North American Membership Group/Scout.com, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Airborne, MinuteClinic, and Allianz Life. Budlong holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Management Information Systems and Management from Luther College.
