Lindsay Hayes is an experienced executive recruiter with a strong background in C-suite and leadership searches. Currently at Twilio Inc. since 2021, Lindsay specializes in VP, SVP, and C-level searches from scoping to offer. Previously, Lindsay served as Director at SPMB, a leading executive search firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on Board, CEO, and C-Suite recruitment. Prior experience includes significant roles at Betts Recruiting, including Director of Strategic Recruitment and Managing Director for the UK, where Lindsay led recruitment efforts for marketing and sales leaders in the technology sector and achieved company-wide revenue records in EMEA. Lindsay’s career began as a Los Angeles Corps Member for Teach for America, following rigorous selection and training.
