Kathryn Murphy currently serves as SVP Product & Design for Twilio, overseeing the Communications business and leading product and design for Twilio Segment, Twilio Engage, and CustomerAI. With a rich background in product management and engineering across various technology sectors, Kathryn previously held key roles at Pluralsight as EVP & GM for Flow, and at Salesforce as SVP for Payments and B2C Commerce Cloud. Leadership experience also includes serving as Chairman for the Utah Technology Council, and significant contributions at Demandware and Tomax Corporation, where Kathryn spearheaded innovative retail technology solutions. Kathryn holds a BS in Accounting Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
