Jenn Dawson is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate consolidations and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Twilio since October 2021, Jenn held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Consolidations at CommScope from April 2019 to October 2021, after remaining in this role following the acquisition of ARRIS. At ARRIS, from June 2006 to May 2021, Jenn was instrumental as a project co-lead for a significant acquisition and successfully implemented a financial consolidation tool for over 150 legal entities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate/International Accounting Manager at ARRIS and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, where Jenn led significant engagements. Jenn holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
