Michelle Duquerois is a management professional with extensive experience in consulting and IT analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at Twelve Consulting since July 2018, Michelle focuses on enhancing customer and employee experiences in the banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, a role as an IT Business Analyst at CGI Luxembourg involved direct engagement with clients on CRM projects, where Michelle managed customer needs, developed specifications, and conducted risk analysis concerning data migrations. Additional experience includes intern positions in export logistics at Manta Bay, sales at Decathlon, and inventory management at Carrefour. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics from IÉSEG School of Management and has participated in academic exchange programs in Italy and Mexico.
