Suzanne Nollen serves as the Resident Twinning Advisor at the Parliament of Georgia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Nollen held various positions in the Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal between April 2014 and July 2022, including Team Leader of Knowledge Coordinators at the Analysis and Research Division and Parliamentary Representative to the European Union. Nollen also worked at The Clingendael Institute from July 1996 to April 2014, where responsibilities included Deputy Director of Clingendael Academy and Program Leader for European Studies. Academic experience includes teaching International Organizations and Relations at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from 1991 to 1996 and European Law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences during 1993-1994. Nollen earned a Doctoral degree in International Law and a Doctoral degree in Contemporary History from Leiden University.
