Beatriz Hintze is an experienced payroll specialist currently working at TWB since January 2019, managing weekly payroll for employees and union members across five locations in Mexico. Prior to this role, Beatriz served as Human Resources Coordinator at SKF Group from January 2014 to May 2018, overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, as well as handling payroll administration. Beatriz also has extensive experience as a Payroll Consultant at CPN SANTAFE CONSULTORES DE NEGOCIOS S.C. from April 2003 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing weekly and special payroll payments and validating payment discrepancies. Beatriz holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing from Benem茅rita Universidad Aut贸noma de Puebla, alongside a Master鈥檚 in Organizational Psychology and various diplomas in Human Resource Management and Social Security.
