Lubinka Dimitrova is an experienced professional in translation and localization, currently serving as a Subtitling Seminar Tutor at the metafrasi Translator Training Centre since May 2024. Since 1999, Dimitrova has worked as an English-German-Greek-Bulgarian Certified Translator, Localizer, and Subtitler for TourTheWord, specializing in tourism and hospitality translation, proofreading, and website localization. Additional roles include being a LocLunch Ambassador for Thessaloniki and a Freelance Subtitler and QC Specialist at TVT Media. Dimitrova has also contributed as a Freelance Translator for several organizations, including Bureau Works and PoliLingua.com, focusing on technical translations. Previous experience encompasses office administration and accounting support, with formal education in Modern Greek Language and Literature from Sofia University and German Language and Literature from Deutsches Gymnasium.
