Jason Damata currently serves as a Neighborhood Council Board Member for the City of Los Angeles, focusing on a non-partisan approach to community enhancement in Del Rey. As the founder and owner of Fabric Media since 2007, Jason has been instrumental in assisting innovative companies with go-to-market strategies while supporting various media clients and partners. Jason also plays key roles as a publisher and co-owner of TVREV, and as an investor and advisor to companies through Fabric Studios LA. Previous industry experience includes significant contributions to explore.org, Trendrr, Bebo, maniaTV, FORA.tv, and C-SPAN, where Jason specialized in marketing, audience development, and media strategy. Jason holds a BA from the University of Denver and has further educational experience at John Jay College (CUNY) and Catholic Memorial School.
