Phaedra De Schaepmeester is a Global Variable Compensation Specialist at TVH since October 2023. Previously, Phaedra served as an HR Consultant at Agnitio Belgium from May 2021 to October 2023, focusing on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Expats, Fleet, and SAP. Phaedra also worked as a Payroll Officer and Trainee at Acerta between September 2019 and May 2021 and completed an internship in the HR department at Attentia in March 2019. Phaedra holds a Master of Science in Personnel and Organization Management from Ghent University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Sciences from the same institution (2015-2018).
