Jessica Malschalck is an experienced professional in export sales and customer care, currently serving as Teamleader Export Sales at TVH since January 2022 and as Team Leader Export Customer Care at Bepco Parts since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked at Metsä Board for over a decade in various positions including CS Team Leader for Iberia & Italy and CS Coordinator, focusing on EDI and project management related to customer service. Jessica began a career in the hospitality industry as a Shift Lead at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts from 2004 to 2008. Educationally, Jessica holds a degree in marketing operations within the tourism and travel services sector from Institut Emile Gryzon in Brussels.
