Tracy Beard is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and board roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Solvang Chamber of Commerce since September 2015, Tracy Beard has demonstrated excellence in service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and program execution. In addition to this role, Tracy Beard is a member of the Board of Directors for TV Santa Barbara and the Mental Wellness Center. Previous positions include Producer for the International Women's Festivals, Corporate Development Manager for the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County, and Director of Human Resources at Dreier Group. Tracy Beard’s earlier career includes significant roles in sales and human resources management at Beech Street Art Co. and Marriott International. Tracy Beard holds education credentials from San Joaquin Delta College and Portage High School.
