Mike Carr has worked in the fitness industry for over fifteen years. Mike began their career in 2005 as an International Property Manager for a Private Equity Fund. In 2010, they joined \u00e9nergie Fitness as a Club Manager, and then as Operations Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Head of Franchising Scotland & Northern Ireland. Most recently, they have been Managing Director of Fitness and Wellness for The Original Fit Factory Ltd, and Head of Global Operations and General Manager of Strategic Partnerships for TRUCONNECT, a fitness app.

Mike Carr has attended Dundee and Angus College, where they studied Basic Application of Behavioural Science and Introduction to Psychology. Mike has also attended Fitness Training Scotland, where they completed a Fitness Instructor (gym) course. Additionally, they have taken an online course in Sports Nutritionist.
