Kiek Oudelaar is an experienced project leader and talent coach currently working at the TV Academy since July 2018, where the focus is on nurturing young media talents through collaboration with top professionals in the creative media industry. Prior to this role, Kiek Oudelaar served as project and production leader for the Mediafestival VondelCS at AVROTROS from February 2016 to January 2019, managing project plans, budgets, and event logistics for the MediaBites festival. Additionally, between February 2017 and November 2018, Kiek Oudelaar coordinated the Dwarszitter campaign for the Municipality of Amsterdam, overseeing various activities and communication efforts. Early career positions include leading projects for VondelCS, managing media production at Mamedia Amsterdam, assisting in production for GTST at Endemol Shine Group, and an internship focusing on video marketing at Video Essentie. Kiek Oudelaar holds a degree in Media Management obtained from 2012 to 2016.
