Bernd Niedermeier has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bernd began their career at pp electronic GmbH as an Engineering Manager from 1988 to 1991. Bernd then worked at Dr. Seitner System- und Sensortechnik GmbH as an Engineering Manager from 1991 to 1993. Following this, they joined Altera GmbH as the FAE Manager Central Europe, where they worked from 1993 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Mentor Graphics GmbH. Bernd then joined Invention Machine Germany GmbH as a Sales Representative, focusing on selling CAI Software, from 2008 to 2009. Bernd then moved on to Snowbush IP, where they worked as the Regional Sales Manager EMEA from 2009 to 2010, responsible for high-speed serial interfacing IP for semiconductor vendors. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Senior Sales Account Manager at The MathWorks GmbH. After that, they joined Altium, serving as the Director Strategic Sales EMEA from 2013 to 2015, responsible for growing business in strategic accounts within the automotive, industrial, and semiconductor markets. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager Automotive at QNX Software Systems, focusing on selling real-time operating systems, hypervisors, and related solutions. Currently, they are employed at Tuxera as the Sales Director Automotive and Head of Automotive Business Development, roles which they have held since 2018 and 2019, respectively.

Bernd Niedermeier obtained their first degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Bernd pursued this degree between 1984 and 1989 and successfully completed the program, earning a Dipl.Ing. (FH) qualification. Additionally, Bernd Niedermeier also completed a Certified NLP Master Practitioner program from INLPTA and DVNLP, although the exact dates of this education are not available.
