Wolf Ruzicka serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO at EastBanc Technologies, focusing on complex software development projects. Additionally, Ruzicka holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Transcend Robotics, which specializes in innovative mobile robotics solutions. Ruzicka is a member of the Board of Directors at Tivian and part of the Investment Advisory Board for the CIT GAP Fund. Previously, Ruzicka worked as Worldwide Operations Manager at MicroStrategy and as a sales advisor at IntelliVid Corporation. Ruzicka co-founded a local committee for AIESEC and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
