Carlos Zygier is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Technical Development Director for Metlen Energy & Metals since September 2022, focusing on utility-scale PV solar and energy storage in the LATAM/Americas region. Concurrently, Carlos is a Member Trainer at TÜV SÜD Academy since January 2023. Previously, Carlos held key positions such as Head of Hydrogen, Ammonia & Energy Storage Business at Smart-Landing from May 2020 to August 2022, and Project Director for South America at Envision Energy from August 2018 to February 2020. Carlos's extensive experience includes roles at Senvion, Vestas, juwi Renewable Energies, Halcrow Group Limited, IZCapital, and VII. Trapananda, showcasing expertise in project management and development across multiple renewable energy projects. Carlos holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires, an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and specializes in green hydrogen and mindfulness, with additional qualifications in financial analysis.
