Hendrik Hoffmann serves as the Manager of Digitalisierung & Innovation at TÃœV NORD GROUP since April 2022, focusing on the design and implementation of the TÃœV NORD innoTANK, which connects startups with the group for innovation initiatives. Hoffmann's expertise includes developing new business areas, venture clienting, prototyping, project management, market analysis, and executing digitalization initiatives. Prior to TÃœV NORD, Hoffmann contributed to corporate entrepreneurship at garage33, where work involved coaching startups, conducting workshops, and establishing agile work structures. Hoffmann's background includes a dual master's in Business Development & Entrepreneurship from Steinbeis School and experience in digitalization and controlling at Siemens, as well as an industrial management apprenticeship at RSZ GmbH, underscoring a strong foundation in both business administration and practical industry experience.
