Oleksandr Borysov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Tutorpeers since February 2020, Oleksandr has successfully built and managed an engineering team, aligning strategic goals with product and marketing initiatives while ensuring high standards in architectural decisions and engineering culture. Prior to this role, Oleksandr was the Engineering Lead at yup.gg, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Data Pipeline and managing senior engineers. Previous positions also include Tech Lead and Architect at Cikumas, Full Stack Engineer at Exponential, and roles in mobile application and JavaScript development. Oleksandr holds a Master of Science degree from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, specializing in Applied Physics, Math, and Computer Science.
