Susan Lindquist is the Founder and Chief Executive of Summer Day Consulting LLC, a coaching and HR consulting firm established in June 2022 that focuses on fostering positive change for leaders and organizations. With extensive experience in human resources, Susan held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at BCS Financial Corporation from 2011 to 2022, and prior to that served as Vice President of Human Resources at both Pabst Brewing Company and SEI LLC. Susan's HR career began at Spiegel, where progressive responsibilities culminated in the role of Divisional Vice President. In addition to consulting, Susan serves as a Board Member for Tutoring Chicago, a nonprofit that matches economically disadvantaged students with volunteer tutors. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Certificate in Organization and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University.
