Sejal Singhvi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the Recruiting Team Lead and Onboarding Specialist at Tutoria since June 2021, Sejal manages a team of over 15 HR Specialists, overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process for the HR non-client-facing team. Sejal's role includes developing volunteer recruitment strategies and aligning HR goals with the organizationā€™s mission. Previously, Sejal worked at SBI Homeloans from June 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of 11 Sales executive managers and processing more than 200 home loan applications annually. Earlier positions include roles at Anand Rathi Commodities Limited and HSBC as a Currency Trader Intern and Investment and Wealth Management Intern, respectively.
