Carly Lamphere is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Science Librarian at Reed College since July 2022, while also working as a Virtual Reference Librarian at Tutor Me Education since July 2019, providing support for online students at Ashford University. Previous roles include Interim Research and Instruction Librarian at Portland State University, specializing in various STEM disciplines, Electronic Resources and Instruction Librarian at Warner Pacific University, and Serials Specialist at Portland Community College. Carly has a comprehensive background in reference services and collection development, with prior experience as an Adult Services/Reference Librarian at Crowell Public Library, where responsibilities included adult programming. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara.
