Caroline R. Fraser currently serves as a 4th Grade Teacher at Tuscaloosa Magnet School within the Tuscaloosa City Schools, a position held since May 2023. Caroline also engages with the University of Alabama as a Swim Instructor for the Swim to the Top program, which partners with local school districts and the YMCA to provide swimming and educational activities for students aged 4-14. In 2022, Caroline worked as a STEM Instructor for BLAST Academy, collaborating with college peers to create and implement a hands-on curriculum for K-8 students, focusing on innovative problem-based learning approaches. Caroline is pursuing a Master's degree in Elementary Education at the University of Alabama, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
