Olajide Alabi is an experienced professional specializing in equality, inclusion, and wellbeing within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Equality, Inclusion & Wellbeing Partner at Turtle Bay Restaurants since September 2021 and as Co-Founder of SISU, a consultancy dedicated to embedding these principles in organizations, Alabi has a strong background in recruitment and hospitality management. Previous roles include Implementation Training Specialist at Harri, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Huel, and Recruitment Manager at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, among others. Alabi holds a BA (Hons) in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University and an AVCE in Hospitality and Catering Management from West Herts College.
