Michelle Lu is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions. Currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Turo since July 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Director, Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where Michelle drafted and negotiated deal documents for various complex transactions.
