Zev Shapiro has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. Zev is the Founder and Executive Director of TurnUp Activism, a non-profit organization and mobile app that focuses on youth civic action and voter registration. Zev has also participated in the Fast Forward tech non-profit accelerator program, receiving grants including from Google. Zev has worked as a Research Assistant for Harvard Professor Eric Beerbohm, as well as serving as a Senior Advisor for political campaigns such as Rachel Weinstein for Cambridge School Committee and Ted Steinberg for State Representative. Additionally, Zev has been involved with High School Democrats, where they held the position of Vice-Chair and Political Director. Zev has also interned for the United States Senate and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. In various roles, Zev has demonstrated their skills in fundraising, media, fieldwork, and advising on campaign practices.
Zev Shapiro earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from Harvard University, from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School, from 2016 to 2020.
