Lauren Redman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at Turntide Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at the Great Annual Savings Group from July 2017 to January 2022, and previously served as an HR Advisor at the same organization from October 2012 to July 2017. Lauren's early career includes a Hospitality Management Internship at Marriott International and a Recruitment Consultant role at Trade Training Associates, along with a Management Internship at Gateshead Council, where responsibilities included recruitment and selection processes. Academically, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland, following A Levels in Law, Business Studies, and Spanish at St Anthonys Sixth Form.
