Maxim Robillard

Maxim Robillard has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a research assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in 2010. Maxim led multiple studies on ELISA test kits and selected equipment to detect allergens in food samples. In 2011, they worked as a project engineer at L'Oréal, managing engineering projects for manufacturing operations and optimizing cleaning-in-place recipes. Maxim then joined Pfizer as a project engineer in the PAT department, managing multiple PAT projects across Pfizer's international platform. In 2013, Robillard became a packaging shift supervisor at L'Oréal, managing a team and improving production KPIs. Maxim then worked as a quality assurance engineer at Altran, ensuring cGMP practices were followed and managing product validation campaigns. Robillard later joined Sanofi as a process engineer, where they ensured production operations and troubleshooting for upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. Maxim also served as a buffer production manager and downstream deputy, responsible for buffer production and storage. Most recently, Robillard worked at Turnstone Biologics as a virus manufacturing operations manager, overseeing manufacturing campaigns and serving as the primary interface with CMO partners. Maxim also managed a team, supported process development, and contributed to regulatory documentation drafting.

Maxim Robillard received a Bachelor's degree in Génie des procédés et biotechnologies from Université de Sherbrooke. Maxim attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Sciences de la nature at Cégep de l'Outaouais, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
