Erica Golding is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Turnstone Biologics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for solid tumors. Before joining Turnstone Biologics in October 2023, Erica held the position of VP People & Culture at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC, and served in various leadership roles at Agena Bioscience from 2014 to 2022, including Senior Director, Human Resources. Additional experience includes roles at Sapphire Energy, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Invitrogen, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc., with a strong foundation in human resources and talent acquisition. Erica obtained a degree from the University of California, Davis, between 1999 and 2003.
