Director, Conversion Rate Optimization at Turn/River Capital

Rachel manages conversion rate optimization across the portfolio companies. Prior to joining Turn/River, she was the Director of eCommerce at Balsam Brands where she managed website optimization across multiple consumer brands. She also previously worked at Zazzle and Facebook. Rachel has an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in History from Princeton University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
