Cynthia Mburu is a Project Manager at Turnkey Africa Ltd and Co-Founder of Young Women in Entrepreneurship and Leadership (YWEL), a women-led NGO focused on empowering young African women. In addition, Cynthia serves as a Podcast Co-host for The Queens of Alkebulan, which celebrates women's resilience and storytelling. Cynthia is a Forward Program Fellow at McKinsey & Company, honing practical skills in problem-solving and digital essentials. Experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Lotus Consulting Limited and as a Research Seminar Scholar for the ILINA Program. Previous positions include Associate Product Manager at Xetova, where market research activities were designed, and Financial Advisor at APA Insurance Limited. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University and a certificate in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
