Cornelia Lucey is the founder of CLPL, an established consultancy focusing on wellbeing, resilience, and positive management and leadership. Cornelia is a Fellow at The RSA, a guest speaker and research supervisor at the University of East London, a senior executive coach at Turningpoint Leadership, an international senior executive coach at INSEAD, and a book author. Cornelia also co-founded LIVEWISE, a positive psychology consultancy, and has held various roles at The People Project and Teach First. Cornelia holds a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a Master of Arts in Leadership, and other relevant degrees from prestigious institutions.
