Elise Jones, RACR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions since October 2022. In addition, Elise holds a position as a Board Member at TALK since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles at AdventHealth from January 2018 to October 2022, where Elise advanced from Recruitment Manager to Director of Talent Acquisition. A significant tenure at Express Scripts spanned from February 2006 to December 2017, culminating as Director of Talent Acquisition, leading a team to address the talent needs of a major pharmacy benefit manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at Peoplemark, Inc. as an Account Executive, at The Event Source as Office Manager/Human Resources, and at Walt Disney World as an Employment Assistant. Elise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico, completing studies from 1994 to 1998.
