Stephen Harkins has extensive experience in the support services sector, having served as Service Manager at Turning Point Scotland since May 2008, following a role as Service Coordinator from 2008 to 2014. Prior to this, Stephen worked at TALBOT ASSOCIATION LIMITED from August 1997 to May 2008 as a Senior Support Worker, contributing to residential care services.
