Shannon Dickey has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 1997, Shannon worked at Color Spot Nursery as a Sales Merchandising Manager for over two decades, until 2018. In 2019, Shannon joined Altman Plants as a Service Manager for a period of eleven months. From 2020 to 2021, Shannon worked at Quick Turns Merchandising as a District Merchandising Manager. In 2012, Shannon joined W Atlee Burpee as a Field Merchandiser, responsible for display integrity and managing inventory levels. Currently, Shannon is working as a Territory Sales Manager at Turning Point Brands, Inc., starting in 2021.

Shannon Dickey obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Horticultural Science from Texas Tech University for the period from 2009 to 2011.
