Nima Shahi, PE, currently serves as the VDC Manager at Turner Construction Company, where responsibilities include managing Virtual Design & Construction operations for active projects within the New York Business Unit and developing BIM Implementation Plans. Nima has led significant projects such as the $1.5 billion Delta JFK Terminal 4 Expansion, managing multiple BIM coordination teams, and the Google Office Fit-out at 550 Washington Street, where a design development team was coordinated to enhance project design. Previous roles include Food Service Superintendent and LEED Manager for the TWA Hotel, where Nima contributed to achieving LEED Gold certification and managed complex food service installations. Nima's experience also encompasses various VDC roles across multiple high-profile projects, including the World Trade Center Transportation Hub and Madison Square Garden. Nima holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
