Karlie Turner has extensive experience in talent management, employee analytics, and performance improvement, currently serving in dual roles at Turner Ace Hardware and Turner Home since June 2020. Previous positions include Manager of Diversity Analytics and Compliance at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from July 2017 to August 2020, and Senior Analyst at Reval, where responsibilities included managing global employee surveys, analyzing performance data, and improving performance management processes. Karlie also worked at Tiffany & Company as a Talent Management & Analytics Specialist and had managerial roles in various projects at Assessment Technologies Group. Educationally, Karlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
