Russ Pecoraro is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Software Engineering Lead at Turn 10 Studios since November 2021, Russ has previously held multiple positions at Monolith Productions (WB Games) from 2001 to 2021, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager for notable titles such as Middle-earth: Shadow of War and Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Russ began the career as a Software Engineer at Zombie, Inc from 1999 to 2001. Educational credentials include an Associate's Degree in Real-Time Interactive Simulation from DigiPen Institute of Technology and an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
