Previously, Stephen held the title of Office Director in Manchester, and before joining Turley, served as Director of Planning at GVA Property Consultancy from September 1999 to November 2013, overseeing a planning consultancy team and high-profile development projects. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Town and Country Planning from The University of Manchester and a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Hull.
