Emma Kelly is an accomplished urban design and planning professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Associate Director at Turley since May 2015, Emma has previously held similar roles at Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners from July 2012 to April 2015, focusing on regeneration projects and planning applications. Earlier experience includes a role as Student Planner for Newcastle City Council, contributing to the Walker Riverside Regeneration Team, and a position as Student Planner at South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council, where Emma assessed development proposals. Emma holds a BA Hons in Town Planning from Newcastle University, achieved between 2001 and 2006, and completed secondary education at Assumption Grammar School in Ballynahinch.
