Emre Ölçer has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Digital Banking at Türkiye İş Bankası since July 2002. Ölçer has held various managerial positions at the bank, including Entrepreneurship Unit Manager and Mass Segment Unit Manager, and began as an Assistant Manager in the Retail Banking Marketing Division and an Inspector. From June 2018 to October 2021, Ölçer was a Programme Manager at workup. Educational qualifications include a degree from Hacettepe University (1997-2001) and secondary education at Ankara Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi (1990-1997).
