Erhan Erbay has extensive experience in the aerospace sector, having worked at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii since September 2008, currently serving as Chief Engineer for Rotor Control Hydraulic Design. Responsibilities include the design of helicopter hydraulic systems, certification, qualification, and overseeing laboratory and flight test activities, specifically focusing on CS 29 Helicopter certification and verification. Previous roles within the same company include Senior Technical Specialist and Technical Specialist, where Erhan was involved in hydraulic and fluid system design and analysis. Prior to this, Erhan worked as a Project Engineer at the 5th Army Helicopter Maintenance Center from January 1999 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include studies at Gazi Üniversitesi from 2005 to 2007 and Gazi University from 1994 to 1998, with secondary education at Başkent Lisesi.
