Mindaugas Jonikas is an advisor at Turing College. Mindaugas has also served as an education board member at Turing College and as a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford. Additionally, they have worked as a senior consultant at Oxford Strategy Group Digital and as a machine learning research trainee at oxipit. Mindaugas has also served as a student fellow and advisory board member at Oxford Foundry and as a data science research trainee at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Additionally, they have worked as a research assistant at the University of Oxford and as a research assistant at Imperial College London.

Mindaugas Jonikas has a PhD from the University of Oxford in Neuroscience and Machine Learning, which they are currently pursuing from 2017-2022 at Christ Church. Mindaugas also has an MSc from UCL in Neuroscience from 2013-2014. Additionally, they have a Master's Research Project in Neuroscience from the University of Geneva from 2009-2010, and a Master of Pharmaceutical Science and Neuroscience from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences from 2005-2010.
