Prior to that, Michelle served as an HR Coordinator at Transit Team from September 1993 to December 1995. Michelle earned a BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1993. Michelle excels in providing HR leadership and guidance to business units, managers, and employees, and collaborates across the HR function to deliver valuable services.
