Michael Kilburg has worked in various roles since 2008. Michael began their career as a Salesperson at Hansons Running Shop in 2008, followed by a Quality Assurance Analyst position at Strands Labs in 2010. In 2011, they took on a Salesperson role at Foot Traffic, and then moved to ChronoTrack Systems in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2014, they became a Technical Product Manager at Athlinks, a Life Time company. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Product Manager at OTL Ventures, and then as a QA Manager and Product Manager at TurboTenant.

Michael Kilburg completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Portland between 2003 and 2008.
