Matthew Hays is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the industrial field. Currently serving as a Field Supervisor and Technical Field Advisor at TurbinePROs since March 2021, Matthew oversees various technical operations. With a long-standing career at Union Millwrights beginning in June 2003, responsibilities include managing contractors and working with gas and steam turbines, generators, and conveyor rigging, alongside operating forklifts and machine shop equipment. Prior experience as a Foreman and Journeyman Machinist at Industrial Erecting from July 1999 to April 2003 involved the repair, installation, and testing of machine equipment, including heavy presses and lube systems.
