Enes Hakan Eroğlu has extensive experience in customer support and assistance, currently serving as an Assistant Support Specialist at TUR ASSIST since June 2023. Previously, Enes worked at Europ Assistance Turkey/Türkiye from January 2017 to May 2023, where roles included Nissan and Ferrari-Maserati Global Executive, responsible for presenting monthly roadside assistance results, as well as International Department Specialist, handling requests from abroad. Enes also contributed as a Customer Representation specialist, providing guidance to clients with insurance needs. Earlier roles included Customer Service Representative positions at Garanti BBVA and Tempo Cagri Merkezi. Enes holds an MBA in Business Management from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University.
