Pamela Jones Harbour

Pamela Jones Harbour was born on October 13, 1963 in Queens, New York. Pamela attended the University of Rochester, where they received their B.A. in Political Science in 1986. Pamela then went on to earn their J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1989.

After law school, Harbour began their career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where they served for two years. In 1991, they joined the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, first as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Prosecution Bureau, and then as Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit from 1995 to 1999.

In 2003, Harbour was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where they served until 2010. During their time at the FTC, Harbour focused on antitrust and consumer protection issues.

In 2010, Harbour joined Fulbright & Jaworski as a partner in their antitrust and trade regulation practice group. Pamela served as National Co-Leader of the Privacy and Data Protection Team. In 2013, they left Fulbright & Jaworski to join Baker & Hostetler LLP as a partner.

In 2014, Harbour joined Herbalife Nutrition as their Senior Vice President & Legal Officer, Global Member Compliance & Privacy. In this role, they oversaw member practices and compliance on a global basis, and developed policies and infrastructure to ensure effective education, training and

Pamela Jones Harbour has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Indiana University Bloomington and a B.M. in Music Performance, General from Indiana University Bloomington. Pamela also attended Guilderland Central High School.
