Nicolás Agustín began their career at Copper & Brass SRL as an IT Support specialist, where they were responsible for maintaining and installing PCs and servers, as well as network administration. Nicolás Agustín then moved on to Apernet, where they continued to provide IT support, including server administration and network management.

Rodríguez later joined Galderma as a Systems Administrator and IT Responsible, where they took charge of all IT-related tasks, managing the network and Windows Servers, as well as developing the corporate website. After that, they worked as a freelance full-stack developer, taking on project-based assignments.

Their next major role was at IBM, where they served as the Application Owner, leading and coordinating multiple teams for the operation of mission-critical systems. Nicolás Agustín also played a role in research, re-engineering legacy IT processes, and providing technical and business advisory support for large projects.
